If you're a one or two person desk doing low volume, this course will most likely tell you
to stay on cloud and fix your process instead — which costs nothing. That's a real recommendation, it's in Lesson 4.3,

Do I need to be technical?
No. Every technical term is translated the moment it appears, and nothing later depends on the optional 'Technical Stuff' sections. If you can run a recruitment desk you can follow this.
Is this just an advert for your software?
There's a pitch at the end, and the demo footage is my system — I'm not going to pretend otherwise. But Lesson 4.3 sets out three routes and genuinely recommends staying on cloud for smaller agencies, and roughly everything before Module 4 applies whatever you end up buying. The toolkit is yours either way.
How long does it take?
About two and a half hours in total, built to be read in four sittings of forty minutes. Every lesson ends with one action that takes under fifteen minutes.
Is it up to date?
Every figure is dated and sourced. It covers the ICO's March 2026 report on automated decision-making in recruitment, the transfer rules that changed in February 2026, and hardware prices checked in August 2026 — including why they rose so sharply this year.
Is this legal advice?
No. It'll show you where the exposure sits and what the regulator has actually said, so that a conversation with someone qualified is a short one. If something worries you, take the audit checklist to your solicitor.
